Information you provide
Our forms collect names, company and contact details, country, game and website information, target markets, campaign goals, budgets and timelines. Creator applications also collect public channel links, language, audience geography, subscriber and view figures, gaming categories and optional rates. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
How information is used
We use submissions to respond to inquiries, assess game and creator fit, prepare proposals and coordinate potential campaigns. Submission is not consent to unrelated advertising. We do not publish private contact details, budgets or creator rates.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored in access-restricted server storage outside the public website directory. Website hosting is provided through XServer. Authorized personnel may access records for the purposes above. When email notifications are enabled, the configured email service also processes information necessary to deliver them. We do not sell submitted information. Any further campaign-related sharing will be discussed before disclosure.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and application records are normally retained for up to 12 months after submission, unless an active business relationship, a request from you or an applicable obligation requires different handling. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Campaign contracts and correspondence may have separate retention needs.
Security and essential cookies
The forms use a short-lived session cookie for security. Rate limiting uses a hashed form of the requesting IP address rather than placing a raw IP address in the inquiry record. Standard hosting security and access logs may be handled by the hosting service. This version does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics.

We may update this policy when the website or processing practices change. The version published here applies to the current website.
Sourcing Inquiries
Sourcing inquiries also collect optional phone details, product name, intended use, materials, quantity, timing, drawing/sample/photo availability, manufacturing requirements and other requests. We use these to assess and respond to the inquiry. We confirm the scope before sharing project materials with a manufacturer.
